Pickup information:
Chick pickups will be on Saturdays @ NOON at our homestead in Payette, meet at our gates at the bottom of our driveway. No pickups on our property for biosecurity purposes.
Delivery is not available. Please do not place a chicken order unless you can pick up your chicks.

If you are traveling 3 hours or more, please email me and I will work with you on pickup
Orders are filled in the order at which they were received. I CAN NOT GIVE HATCH DATES. IF YOU CAN NOT BE FLEXIBLE PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER. At least one week notice will be given when your chicks will be ready for pickup. I do my best to let everyone know further in advance that their order is coming up.
We only sell chicks locally. WE DO NOT SHIP CHICKS.
Chick Hatching:
Hatching begins in February sometime depending on weather.
All chicks are sold straight run (unsexed) BOTH MALES AND FEMALES
Due to our biosecurity measures we can not take back any roosters. Please anticipate receiving roosters in your order, and have a plan for where those roosters will go if you can not keep them.
Chick Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your chick order within 24 hours of it being placed, you can receive a full refund, MINUS ANY FEES charged by the payment entity.
If you cancel your chick order AFTER 24 hours of it being placed, you will NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.
There are NO refunds on pullet orders, regardless of when you request a cancellation.
Live Chick Guarantee:
All chicks come with a 24 hour live chick guarantee.
If your chick passes within 24 hours of being picked up, you will receive a refund or a replacement at the earliest availability.
Note for local breeders and hatching egg sellers:
We do not sell to local breeders. If you are a breeder and an Idaho resident, or a breeder within 5 hours of Payette Idaho, please do not try to buy our chicks or hatching eggs. We put a lot of time and energy into our work. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing not to breed and SELL chicks or hatching eggs from ANY of our breeds or lines LOCALLY.
HATCHING EGGS:

SPRING PRE-ORDERED Hatching Eggs begin shipping in March depending on weather. IF you PRE-ORDERED NOVEMBER-FEB 4th your eggs will be shipped March-JUNE. COULD BE SOONER IF WEATHER IS FAVORABLE. IF YOUR ORDER WAS PLACED FEB 5TH 2025 OR AFTER THOSE ARE PRE-ORDERED FOR SUMMER (JUNE-AUGUST)

Hatching eggs are a risk and even though we take the upmost care in packaging and shipping we cannot control what happens to the eggs once they leave our hands and during the shipping process. We can not guarantee hatchability or viability on hatching eggs. You assume all risks when purchasing hatching eggs. If you receive eggs that are damaged during shipping it is the buyers responsibility to file a claim with USPS. All eggs are insured for $100, this does not guarantee reimbursement through USPS as it is their discretion whether or not to reimburse. If you wish to purchase extra insurance, you will need to email Little Willow Homestead BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER to let us know. All eggs are shipped priority Express OR Priority. PRIORITY EXPRESS IS OUR PREFERRED METHOD OF SHIPPING, this is not to get your eggs to you quicker it is to help insure they arrive in the best condition possible. Express packages are guaranteed to arrive within 2 days (time begins at 6pm the evening the eggs were shipped).

ALL HATCHING EGG ORDERS ARE FILLED IN THE ORDER IN WHICH THEY WERE RECEIVED. Once you place your order it is put into a queue. I am NOT able to give ship dates or estimates. If you can NOT be flexible on when you receive your hatching eggs then please do NOT place an order. HATCHING EGG CANCELLATION POLICY- If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order you can receive a full refund MINUS ANY FEES CHARGED BY MY WEBSITE. If you cancel your order AFTER 24 hours you WILL NOT receive a refund.

IF YOU MESSAGE ME INSISTING ON A SHIP DATE OR ESTIMATE BECAUSE YOU CHOSE NOT TO READ THIS AND IT RESULTS IN ME HAVING TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER YOU WILL BE CHARGED A 25% RESTOCKING FEE. I WILL NOT TOLERATE RUDENESS , DISRESPECT OR BULLYING IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. KINDNESS WILL GET YOU ALOT FURTHER 😊
